Located in between Squamish and Whistler, British Columbia, the trailhead to this beautiful place can be accessed by car. Once at the trailhead, start hiking on the Garibaldi Lake Trail along a series of switchbacks. One will eventually reach a marked fork in the trail; turning right will bring you to another featured destination, Garibaldi Lake, and turning left will bring you towards Taylor Meadows campground. Make the left turn, which will funnel you towards the path of Panorama Ridge, Black Tusk, Helm Lake and a huge selection of destinations.

From personal experience, it is possible to do the trip in one day, however, it is suggested that one camp at either Garibaldi Lake or Taylor Meadows because hiking to Panorama Ridge in one day is quite taxing on the body.

As you hike along the Taylor Meadows Trail you will discover a second fork in the road. Turning right will bring you towards Helm Lake and Black Tusk, whereas turning left will lead you onto the Panorama Ridge Trail. From here, the going gets tough as you begin to gain some serious elevation. Although the hike becomes more strenuous, you will notice the dominant scenes of Mimulus Lake and Black Tusk.

Following the trail, you will eventually reach your destination of Panorama Ridge! Be sure to shoot a panorama, as suggested by the name of the hike, and be ready for the stunning views Canada can offer!

It is possible to scramble about 100m to the true peak, but the views remain relatively similar to the ridge.
